This is a complimentary consultation — whether by phone or in person — where we’ll talk through your trip ideas and I’ll explain how my process works. I do charge a small planning fee (typically $100–$200 depending on the complexity of the trip), which covers custom research, itinerary design, and my support from start to finish. We’ll talk about that during the consultation so you can decide if moving forward is the right fit for you.
