Europe
Europe, at Your Pace
🏰 More time enjoying Europe. Less time figuring out the details.
I help couples, retirees, and families plan Europe vacations that fit their interests and pace—from Italy and France to Ireland, Scotland, Greece, and beyond.
Your Europe trip, brought together
A custom land itinerary can bring together well-located hotels, rail or flights between stops, transfers, and thoughtfully chosen tours. Prefer to unpack once? We can compare a river cruise or a Mediterranean sailing with time on land before or after.
A route that fits your pace
The route matters as much as the destination. I look at travel days, hotel changes, walking demands, and free time so your vacation feels comfortable rather than rushed.
How we plan your trip
You’ll work directly with me, Rachel Stewart. We begin with an inquiry and discovery call, then agree on the planning scope and fee before I research your options. After booking, I organize confirmations, deadlines, and your itinerary so you know what to expect before departure.

A real planning example: England and Scotland
For one couple’s England and Scotland journey, I designed a trip combining London, Edinburgh, the Yorkshire Dales, and Stratford-upon-Avon, with slower mornings and rest days between the bigger outings.
The proposed experiences included afternoon tea at The Lanesborough, a West End show, the Edinburgh Military Tattoo, a private Outlander filming locations tour, and a visit to Highclere Castle. Hotel choices included a London stay in Mayfair, a castle-view option in Edinburgh, and a castle stay in Yorkshire to break up the journey south.
Bringing those pieces together meant coordinating hotels, tours, train travel, and private transfers across several providers. Before departure, I also arranged larger vehicles for their transfers so there would be more room for passengers and luggage.
Support continued during the trip. When their train to Edinburgh was cancelled and their arrival time changed, I worked with the transfer company to revise the pickup. As further delays came through, the provider confirmed that the replacement driver could wait for the later arrival.
That’s the kind of detail I help with when planning a custom Europe vacation—from choosing meaningful experiences to coordinating the connections between them.
